Are you an experienced Porsche Technician seeking an international career opportunity?
We have exciting and challenging opportunities in several locations for Porsche experiened technical personnel, ideally you will be at Technician, Senior Technician, Workshop Controller or Workshop Manager level with at least three years experience.
Responsibilities:
- Supervising a team of multi-national mechanics and technicians
- Handling of dialog reception
- Quality control of performed repair works and services
- Technical reporting to the manufacturer
- Ensure a first class Porsche experience
- Provide excellent customer satisfaction
- Coordinate and direct all workshop activities to meet or exceed targets
- Develop a competent, committed and confident team that consistently meets or exceed performance expectations
- Provide Porsche training
- Ensure all regulatory requirements are met
- Effectively manage a cost saving approach
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years Porsche technical or control experience
- Degree in engineering, masters degree or equivalent technical qualifications
- IT literate
- Excellent Customer handling skills
- Excellent Management and communication skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Dynamic, positive, confident, self-motivated and a team player
- Take ownership when faced with obstacles and problems
- Bachelor status preferred, although married status will be considered without dependants
