Our approach to recruitment is consultative. We take the time to listen and then use our expert knowledge to advise on the most appropriate recruitment strategy.

The principal recruitment methodologies we use are:

  • Advertised Selection

This involves placing adverts on your behalf. We will then shortlist suitable candidates for a specific role from the advert response. We advise on media selection, copy and production and undertake the screening of candidates, initial interviewing and all candidate administration.

  • Advertised Search

This involves all elements of advertised selection, but in addition we will identify, through research and our market knowledge, a 'long list' of potentially suitable individuals to supplement the advertising route. We will conduct interviews and then assess the candidates’ suitability for the final shortlist. This service can be a very useful enhancement to purely advertised selection or purely executive search.

  • Executive Search

This involves extensive research into the marketplace and the identification of suitable candidates within target organisations. This is followed by a discreet approach to a "long list" of candidates with view to gauging interest in the opportunity and subsequently conducting a detailed discussion of the role face to face. Following on from this, a shortlist of candidates is drawn up.

  • Database Selection

We will introduce to you candidates that are already registered with us. Many candidates conduct their own search for a new role so will use our services in order to be kept advised of interesting career opportunities as and when they arise.

  • General Advice
